Getting Started
What is Glimmio?
Glimmio is an AI-powered growth platform for D2C brands and agencies. It connects your Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify store to give you a unified view of performance, AI-generated recommendations, and a safe execution layer that requires your approval before making any changes.
Do I need to be technical to use Glimmio?
No code is required. Meta and Google use secure OAuth. For Shopify, install Glimmio from Shopify, approve access, and confirm the exact Glimmio business account—there are no API credentials to copy.
How long does setup take?
Most users are set up in under 15 minutes. Connecting Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify each take 2–3 minutes. The initial data sync typically completes within 30–60 minutes for large accounts.
Integrations
What platforms does Glimmio connect to?
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max), and Shopify. Optional apps add WhatsApp, email, SMS, and verified Shopify product reviews.
Does Glimmio support multiple ad accounts?
Yes. Each Business Account in Glimmio is linked to one Meta Ads account, one Google Ads account, and one Shopify store. Agency workspaces support multiple Business Accounts under one roof.
Can I disconnect an integration at any time?
Yes. Go to Settings → Integrations → Disconnect for any connected platform. All API access is immediately revoked.
AI Features
Can Glimmio automatically change my campaigns?
No. By default, all actions require manual approval. Glimmio only executes changes after you explicitly approve them in the Action Center. You can optionally enable auto-execution for low-risk actions, but this is off by default.
How does the AI know what to recommend?
Glimmio reads your actual campaign data — spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, creative performance — and compares it against performance thresholds and trend signals. Recommendations are strictly grounded in your data.
Can I roll back an action after it's applied?
Yes. For reversible actions, Glimmio captures a snapshot before execution. You can roll back for seven days from the Action Center, provided the platform state has not since changed.
Billing
How is Glimmio priced?
Basic is $99/month, Pro is $149/month, and Max is $199/month, billed per business account. Basic covers core ad intelligence and execution, Pro adds commerce and cross-channel tools, and Max adds the full acquisition and retention suite. Annual billing is available, and AI and creative generation draw from a prepaid wallet.
What is the wallet?
The wallet is a prepaid balance for AI Assistant queries and Creative Studio generation. Email uses your connected Gmail mailbox, WhatsApp uses your merchant-owned Meta account, and SMS uses your merchant-owned Twilio account; those providers bill you directly.
Is there a free trial?
Basic, Pro and Max each include a 14-day trial with no card required to start. Add a payment method before the trial ends if you want the subscription to continue.
Privacy & Data
Does Glimmio store my customers' personal data?
Glimmio securely stores only the customer and consent records strictly necessary for audiences, lifecycle delivery, suppression, attribution, and verified-purchase reviews. Access is tenant-scoped, and you have full control over data retention.
Does Glimmio share my data with third parties?
We use the subprocessors listed in our published policy to operate the service. Workspace access is scoped, and we do not sell or trade customer data.
