You are responsible for having a valid legal basis (consent or legitimate interest) to email your customers under GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL. Glimmio includes unsubscribe links in all marketing emails.

How to connect

1 Open Lifecycle & Retention → Setup and choose the Email placement.
2 Connect the merchant Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox and approve send-only access.
3 Verify the connection, then create a campaign. Gmail acceptance is shown as Submitted or Sent, never Delivered.

How to disconnect

Go to Lifecycle & Retention → Setup → Email → Disconnect. Saved campaigns remain, but cannot send until a sender is reconnected. See our data deletion policy for removing email engagement logs.
