Action Center
Turn a crowded list of signals into a focused review list. See what will change, the supporting evidence and who needs to approve it.
Open the affected item, supporting evidence and proposed change. Check connection readiness, then choose the next step.
Manual approval is the default. Recovery is available where supported.
Explore the workflow. Your workspace reflects its connected data, access and plan.
Continuously scans your Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify data to identify budget waste, learning phase issues, creative fatigue, high CPA, low ROAS, and inventory conflicts.
Review the expected outcome and supporting evidence where available, including estimated spend savings, revenue opportunity and risk. Estimates are not guaranteed results.
Manual approval is the default. Owners can separately enable bounded automation for eligible actions. Review the proposed change, rationale, risk and available confidence evidence.
Eligible changes can be applied to the connected platform when the required permissions and checks pass. Action Center records what happened to each one and outcome.
Supported changes retain their previous settings for recovery. Check the action for recovery availability, permissions and its allowed window.
Once a change is applied, Glimmio compares the actual result against what it predicted and feeds that back into future recommendations.
Every supported change is verified before it is applied, and the previous setting is retained when recovery is available.
Recommendations use the data available from your authorized connections:
Data access depends on the connected platform, granted permissions and enabled workflows. Commerce and customer workflows can use order and customer records. Review the privacy policy and each integration's permissions for details.
Workspace roles control who can approve or execute actions. Owners and admins retain rollback control.
You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings → Integrations → Disconnect. Disconnecting removes the connection from active channel workflows. Existing action history is retained for audit purposes and can be deleted on request — see our data deletion policy.
No actions appearing
Check that your integration is connected and has completed its initial sync. Recommendations depend on the available data and eligible findings. Open Settings → Integrations to review sync status.
Change could not be applied
This is usually caused by an expired OAuth token or insufficient API permissions on your ad account. Re-connect the affected integration from Settings → Integrations.
I see advisory actions but no executable ones
Glimmio marks certain recommendations as advisory when the risk is too high for an immediate change, such as campaigns in learning phase. These are informational and do not require approval.
