Billing & Wallet

Glimmio uses a two-layer billing model: a subscription plan and a usage wallet.

Eligible non-Shopify Basic accounts receive a seven-day trial only after an active payment mandate is verified. Pro, Max, Shopify-origin Basic and ineligible Basic accounts are charged immediately. Checkout shows GST, the INR total, the FX snapshot and the trial decision before authorization.

The monthly plan includes synced Meta Ads and Google Ads spend up to the threshold shown. Above it, Glimmio bills 2% only on the excess and reports that usage on the next billing statement. Shopify's app-spending limit is only a merchant-approved ceiling on Glimmio usage charges; it does not measure or limit advertising spend. Existing portal customers keep their PayU subscription when they install the Shopify app. Merchants who start from the Shopify App Store approve Shopify Billing, and the Glimmio portal recognizes that subscription automatically. A business account can have only one active billing method, so connecting Shopify never creates a second charge.

Wallet

The wallet is a prepaid balance for Glimmio's AI and creative generation features. Email and WhatsApp delivery use your connected sender platform's billing.

Low balance alerts

When your wallet balance falls below your configured low-balance threshold, Glimmio creates a notification and displays a warning in the billing dashboard. AI and Creative Studio generation pause if the wallet reaches $0; lifecycle delivery is not paused by the Glimmio wallet.

Topping up your wallet

Wallet top-up is available in the Glimmio portal. Included monthly credit follows the plan shown in portal billing.

Go to Settings → Billing.
Select a top-up amount and click Add Funds.
Complete payment via PayU secure checkout (UPI, cards, netbanking).
Your wallet balance is updated only after server-to-server payment verification.

Viewing usage

Settings → Billing → AI Usage shows your monthly credit usage, cost breakdown by feature, and wallet transaction history.
