Send reports daily, weekly, or monthly to validated recipients.
Send an immediate report at any time without setting up a schedule.
Preview the report content in your browser before dispatching.
Send to multiple email addresses. Recipient validation is enforced.
Every report send attempt is logged with success or failure status.
Explicit source status
If a data source is not connected or has no data, the section is clearly labeled as “Not connected” or “No data in period” — not filled with sample data.
Unavailable delivery
If email delivery is unavailable, sending is disabled and the schedule remains visible.
Confirmed sends only
A report is marked “Sent” only once the email service confirms it was accepted for delivery. Failures are logged and visible to you.
Every report is scoped to the selected Business Account. Agency users can schedule separate reports for each client account. Report delivery history, recipients, and schedules are isolated per Business Account — one client cannot see another's reports.
All workspace roles can view reports. Managers and analysts can schedule delivery; owners and admins control report settings.
Your team spends more time assembling client reports than acting on what the reports say.
