Welcome to Glimmio! This guide will walk you through setting up your workspace, connecting your data sources, and navigating the platform.

1. Create Your Workspace

A Workspace is the central hub for your brand or agency.

Individual Workspace: Designed for a single D2C brand. It allows connecting exactly 1 Meta Ads account, 1 Google Ads account, and 1 Shopify store.
Agency Workspace: Designed for growth partners managing multiple clients. It allows you to create multiple "Managed Accounts" (clients) within a single workspace, each with its own connected integrations.

2. Connect Your Integrations

Glimmio uses read access to your connected ad platforms and your store to reconcile spend, platform-reported conversions, and store revenue.

Connect Meta Ads

Learn how to authorize our Meta App and select your Ad Account.

Connect Shopify

Install Glimmio from Shopify, approve access, and confirm the selected business account.

3. The Action Center

Once your data is flowing, Glimmio's AI agent will begin analyzing performance. When it detects an optimization opportunity (e.g., "Creative Fatigue" or "Budget Inefficiency"), it will surface an Action in the Action Center.

Review before execution: Changes to your ad platforms wait in the Action Center for an authorized user to approve.
