Data Deletion Instructions
We believe your data belongs to you. If you wish to stop using Glimmio and permanently delete your account, workspace, and synced integration data, follow the steps below for a complete and secure removal.
How to Request Data Deletion

Disconnect Integrations (Recommended)
Log into your Glimmio dashboard, navigate to Workspace Settings > Integrations, and disconnect any connected platforms. This immediately revokes our access tokens and stops any ongoing data synchronization.

Submit Deletion Request
Send an email to help@glimmio.com from the email address associated with your Glimmio Owner account. Please include your Workspace Name in the request to expedite processing.

Verification & Purge
Our privacy team will verify workspace ownership, confirm the deletion scope and any legally required retention, then confirm when the request is complete.
What gets deleted?
- Your personal user profile (Name, Email, securely hashed passwords).
- Workspace configurations, custom rules, and billing subscriptions.
- Every access token, refresh token, and encrypted API secret for your connected platforms.
- Cached campaign performance data, ROAS metrics, and AI recommendations.
- Action Center execution logs and historical snapshots.
Integration-Specific Deletion
Meta Ads: You can trigger a deletion request directly from your Facebook App Dashboard by finding Glimmio in your Business Integrations and clicking "Remove". This securely notifies our system to purge your associated Meta data.
Shopify: Uninstalling Glimmio revokes its OAuth token, cancels the Shopify app subscription, and stops future access. Submit a Glimmio deletion request to erase historical store data.
Data Retention
Please note that certain financial and transactional data (such as invoices for past payments) may be retained for longer periods strictly to comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements. This retained data is isolated, securely archived, and not used for any active processing.
