Reports

Glimmio generates and delivers structured performance reports across all connected channels.

Creating a report schedule

1. Go to Reports in the main navigation.
2. Click New Report.
3. Select report type (Business Overview, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Marketing Mix, or Combined).
4. Set the date range and comparison period.
5. Add one or more recipient email addresses.
6. Choose schedule: Daily, Weekly (day of week), or Monthly (day of month).
7. Click Save Schedule.

Sending a report immediately

From the Reports list, click Send Now on any existing schedule, or create a one-off report from the New Report flow and select Send Immediately instead of scheduling.

Delivery logs

Every send attempt is logged in Reports → Delivery History. You can see:

• Timestamp of send attempt
• Recipients
• Delivery status (Success / Failed)
• Error message if failed

Empty sections

If a data source is not connected, the corresponding section in the report is clearly labeled "Not connected" — not filled with placeholder data. The report is still useful for the sections that have data.

Permissions

• reports.read — View report list and delivery history (all roles)
• reports.schedule — Create and edit report schedules (Manager and above)
• reports.send — Send immediate reports (Manager and above)
• reports.manage — Delete schedules (Admin, Owner)

Troubleshooting

• If delivery fails, check Delivery History and retry when email service is available.
• If a section is missing data, ensure the corresponding integration is connected and has completed a sync.
• If you are not receiving scheduled reports, check the Delivery History for error messages.
