Review Collection Integration
After Shopify and an eligible merchant-owned sender are connected and ready, configure post-purchase review requests and storefront publication.
How it works
Eligible after delivery
Once store, sender, consent, and runtime checks pass, a configured review request can be sent after Shopify records delivery.
Published to Shopify
Submitted reviews can be moderated and published only when the connected store exposes a verified publication path.
Action Center integration
Products with low review scores generate Action Center recommendations for product improvement or ad creative updates.
Data accessed
- Customer email / phone from Shopify orders
- Product details for the review request
- Review submission content (rating and text)
How to connect
- 1 Connect your Shopify store from Settings → Integrations.
- 2 Confirm Review Collection is enabled for your deployment and its readiness checks pass.
- 3 Configure the request timing and message template.
- 4 Choose whether to auto-publish approved reviews or manually moderate.
