Google Ads sync intermittent timeout on large accounts

Resolved

Some Google Ads accounts with more than 5,000 keywords experienced timeout errors during sync. This has been resolved with a streaming sync approach.

Delayed Meta events during Meta's scheduled maintenance

Investigating

During Meta's scheduled maintenance windows, events can be delayed by up to 15 minutes. We are monitoring the delay and will post an alert in the Action Center if pixel health drops.

Shopify multi-currency order amounts reported in wrong currency

Resolved

Orders in non-default currencies were sometimes displayed in the wrong currency code. This has been corrected — all amounts are now normalized to the store's primary currency.
