Refund Policy

Service Cancellation, Dispute Resolution and Early Discontinuation Policy
Glimmio provides digital marketing, branding, advertising, website development, and related professional services on the basis of a minimum contractual engagement period of three (3) months, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. Due to the nature of these services, substantial time, resources, strategic planning, creative efforts, and third-party costs are incurred from the commencement of the engagement.
If, at any time within seven (7) days from the commencement date of the services, the Client believes that the services being provided are materially different from the scope, deliverables, or expectations that were mutually discussed and agreed upon prior to the execution of the agreement, the Client may submit a written request to Glimmio detailing the concerns and reasons for such dissatisfaction.
Upon receipt of such a request, Glimmio and the Client shall enter into a discussion in good faith with the objective of reviewing the concerns, clarifying expectations, and exploring reasonable solutions to address the issues raised. Both parties agree to cooperate and make genuine efforts to resolve any misunderstanding, miscommunication, or disagreement regarding the services.
Possible outcomes after review
Following such discussion, one of the following outcomes may be mutually agreed upon:
- Continuation of the services in accordance with the original agreement;
- Continuation of the services with revised deliverables, timelines, or other mutually agreed modifications;
- Temporary suspension of certain services, if deemed appropriate by both parties; or
- Early discontinuation of the engagement by mutual written consent.
No automatic cancellation or refund
The Client acknowledges and agrees that the mere existence of dissatisfaction, change in business priorities, change of opinion, or subjective expectations shall not automatically entitle the Client to terminate the agreement, discontinue the services, or claim a refund.
No unilateral cancellation, termination, or refund request shall be considered valid solely on the basis that the Client believes the services are not being delivered as expected, unless both parties, after discussion and review, mutually agree that discontinuation of the engagement is appropriate.
Refund assessment
In the event that both parties mutually agree to discontinue the services, Glimmio reserves the right to determine the extent of any refund, if applicable, after taking into consideration:
- The work already completed;
- Time and professional resources utilized;
- Costs incurred for strategy, research, creative development, advertisements, software, tools, and third-party services;
- Any deliverables already provided to the Client; and
- Any other expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the engagement.
Refund processing timeline
Any refund approved by Glimmio shall be processed within seven (7) business days from the date of such approval.
Contractual relationship
This clause shall be read in conjunction with the service agreement and shall not affect any other rights or obligations of either party under the contract.
