Senior Performance Marketer
Own media strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic for D2C and SaaS brands.
- 5+ years managing multi-crore budgets
- Strong grasp of tracking, MMM, and automation
- Partner closely with creative and CRO pods
Creative Producer (Motion)
Lead creative sprints, direct shoots, and manage post-production for performance-first campaigns.
- 4+ years in creative production or motion design
- Comfortable briefing editors and creators
- Experience with Reels, Shorts, and Advantage+ exports
Full-stack Developer (Growth Engineering)
Build headless landing pages, tracking layers, and growth tooling for our pods.
- 3+ years with Next.js/React and Node
- Experience integrating analytics and server-side tagging
- Comfortable with rapid prototyping and QA
Lifecycle Strategist
Design and automate onboarding, habit, and retention journeys across email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- 3+ years in CRM/lifecycle roles
- Hands-on with Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Braze
- Strong analytics and copywriting skills
